  Human overall perception of comfort or discomfort is a result of complex combination of input from various sensory organs e.g skin, eyes, nose, ears, mouth etc. 

 Those sensory organs reacts to physical stimuli including visual stimuli ( colour, light, etc ) thermal stimuli ( heat , moisture ) and tactile stimuli ( touch, pressure ) by attempting to adopt or adjust. 

 These organs sends neuro-physiological impulse to the brain, which process them, initiate human perception to the stimuli and performs comparative evaluation with past experience.12
